- என்பதற்கு ஏற்ப முதலில் TET தேவையா? இல்லையா? என்பதில் துவங்கிய விவாதம் தேர்வு நடந்து Result வெளியிடப்பட்டு, சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு Weightage கணக்கிடப்பட்டு Rank List வெளியிடப்பட்டு Online Counselling நடத்தப்பட்டு பணிநியமன ஆணை வழங்கி பணியில் சேரும் நிலை வந்த பிறகும் ஓயவில்லை என்பதே உண்மை.
"TET Posting இல் இட ஒதுக்கீட்டு முறை பின்பற்றப்படவில்லை " - என சமீபத்தில் தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில் நீதிமன்றம் " சமீபத்திய TET பணிநியமனங்கள் அனைத்தும் இறுதி தீர்ப்புக்கு உட்பட்டவை " என அறிவித்து இருக்கிறது.
இது குறித்து ஒரு அலசல்:
1. TET - தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற குறைந்தபட்ச மதிப்பெண் Community வாரியாக குறைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு சாரார் வாதிடுகின்றனர்.
2. வருங்கால தலைமுறையை உருவாக்கும் ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனத்தில் எந்த சமரசமும் செய்து கொள்ள தேவை இல்லை என ஒரு சாரார் வாதிடுகின்றனர்.
3. இதற்கிடையே அனைத்து பிரிவினரும் (All Community Candidates ) மிக கடினமாக படித்து வெற்றி பெற்று பணிநியமன ஆணை பெற்றுள்ள இந்த நேரத்தில் இது போன்ற வழக்குகளால், கிடைத்த அரசு பணிநிலைக்குமா என ஒரு சாரார் கவலைபடுகின்றனர்.
4. இது போன்ற குழப்பமான நிலையில் இறுதியாக பாதிக்கப்படுவது என்னவோ மாணவர்கள் தான் என பெற்றோரும் கல்வியாளர்களும் வருத்தப்படுகின்றனர்.
இது குறித்து நம் வலைத்தளத்தில் நம் வாசகர்களின் எண்ண ஓட்டத்தை அறிய நாம் ஒரு சிறிய வாக்கெடுப்பு நடத்த உள்ளோம்.
ஒன்றுடன் ஒன்று தொடர்புடைய இட ஒதுக்கீடு குறித்தும், தகுதி தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் குறைப்பது குறித்தும் நம் வலைதள இடது பக்கத்தில் வாக்கெடுப்பு நடத்தப்படுகிறது.

according to central government SSA act, SSA BRT's can be selected only through a separate competitive exam. so those posts can't include in the TET posts

DeleteThose who put cases in court can request their Hon.Advocates to make hearing as early as possible.
DeleteEither positive or negative judgement that should have to come quickly.
Then only the candidates can start to prepare for next TET.
Delaying for long time and getting negative judgement will give more problems to candidates.

Because the social justice was denied by the rulers itself..... there is no uniformity in the implementation of laws and rules.... in one state in TET exam backward class people geting reservation [example: in Andra Pradesh they are giving 20% reservation in TET exam whereas in Tamil Nadu even for 5% it was denied...]

It is really pitiable suituation to all OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates. The central Government (NCTE) is giving something. That is denied by state government (TRB).

OK. Why relaxation in marks is alloted to NET, SLET & SET exams?
For professors, Lecturers recruitment relaxation can be given.
But for lower secondary grade teachers it is not given .Strict 90 marks. Even 89 marks is not allowed.
College Lecturers getting Rs 40,000 salary are selected by reservation.(NET, SLET, SET exams)
But SG Teachers getting Rs.15000 salary are selected without marks relaxation (TET Exam)

* We expect our government will definitly give 5% reservation relaxation marks in TET as per NCTE norms to OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates....
*This injustice to backward class people will definitly reflect in the coming MP elections(2014) and MLA elections(2016) because it is democratic country...Backward class people also have the right to vote.

BUT MY APPOINTMENT LETTER GO 152 AND 153 DATED ON 13 JULY 2010 BASED ON THAT I GOT SELECTED .
BUT I GOT CLARIFICATION THRO RTI THEY SAID THOSE WHO HAVE ON CV OR PROCESS DONE BEFORE 28-10-2012.NO NEED TO WRITE TET.
BUT I HAVE GREAT CONFUSION WHETHER I HAVE TO WRITE OR NOT.
MANY OF US WE HAVE CONFUSION AND HEAVILY STRESSED.

*Suppose if more candidates comes in 5%(83-89) then according to weightage system govt can give the positing... for the rest of candidates they can atleast issue TET pass certificate and give them ranking number as per their weightage and communal turn... so that they can get preference in the next govt. teacher posting... with that atleast those candidates live hopefully...
*Or the govt want to fill the remaning vacancy by the candidates who are stuying B.Ed/ D.Ted currently in 2012-13 by conducting another tet in 2013.
(Some body may object this point .... But we completed B.Ed/D.Ted before 5-15 years back .....Why Tet is not introduced at that time when we have completed B.Ed/D.Ted in 1993,94,95,....to 2010...)
*Already in the most if the govt. exams the maximum age limit was set to 30-32. Even in the TNPSC-VAO exam four months ago.... maximum age limit was set to 40 years only.... Then where will the aged people who is looking govt. job will go??? when they will get quality life???
*In most of the private schools where the teacher who works for 5-15 years still getting salary of below Rs.8,000/- but his/her students who studied under them are now passed out D.ted and B.Ed in 2011,2012 batches and cleared Tet and got posting now .... we appreciate them... we are not degrading them... but compare the life situtation of the person who is below 25 & bachelor with the person above 25 to 58 & family person.
* In the second said person can't easily leftout his/her present job and go for TET coaching or spend full day for tet preparation .... he/she has to concerate his routing life(work & family life) as well as for the tet preparation......In this point you may ask a question that they are not quality teachers... but TET 150 questions does not assesed and finded out quality teacher.
*Apart from that...lot of TET questions were asked from higher secondary level...in paper 2.... the problem is that higher secondary(+11,+12) books for History and Economics is not available in any bookstore as well as this Group(history, economics) is not there in any private/matriculation schools....then how come a working teacher(Tamil & English subject teacher) can attempt those higher secondary level other subject questions...

failures also have valid reason... our govt has to think on this.... And understand pains of the candidates who scored 89,88,87 to 83.

what is the need to reduce passing minimum according to cast? every1 is the same as another. we distinguish people by fixing different percentage of passing minimum. to maintain unity in our nation % of passing marks should be uniform to all.

They have to improve their knowledge through out their life. then only they can develop their students knowledge. teachers job is not money earning job or books reading job .I thought no need any mark concession for any category. Govt. should follow strict rules for teachers recruit.

ReplyDeleteFor my concern, pattern of question paper should be modified. Those who completed B.sc( physics), M.sc (physics) B.ed , can attend only 7 to 8 physics quetions out of 30 science questions. But those who completed B.sc(Maths), M.sc(Maths) B.ed , can attend all the 30 maths questions. Like wise
English degree holder can get 30 questions from their subjects, Tamil degree holder can get 30 question from their subjects, but physics degree holder may get 7 to 8 of physics questions out of 30 science questions, Chemistry degree holder may get 7 to 8 chemistry questions out of 30 science questions. Biology degree holder may get 14 to 15 of bio questions out of 30 science questions..
Is it equal weightage of all subjects. i couldnt understand this system.

ReplyDeleteI agree all your points whatever said above , all are having talent without talent u cannot come to TET Exam , Now days all govt student are very low talent because of Teachers are not having sufficent talent thats why govt fixing minimum marks to get a job , please accept and avoid this kind of problems also 60% is too much already u have talent please clear the exam and get job its brillant one .
If reduced 5% then for example 80 marks for eligible to get job means there also some one will get 79,78 etc . again we will ask reduce too more % in minimum marks what is happen ?

ReplyDeleteIn TET examination there is no need of cut the eligible marks 90 out of 150 on the basis of community. Community reservation should apply after weightage marks that is at the time of posting.Student education is more important than community

ReplyDeleteமுதலில் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனம் மாவட்ட பதிவு மூப்பு முறையிலிருந்து மாநில பதிவு மூப்பு முறைக்கு மாட்டப்பட்டது. பின்னர் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு வைக்கப்பட்டு அதில் 60% மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு பணி நியமனம் என்ற முறையை கொண்டுவந்தார்கள். முதல் தேர்விலும் மறு தகுதித் தேர்விலும் சொற்ப மதிப்பெண்களில்(76,88) பணி வாய்ப்பை இழந்தேன். மூன்றாவது தேர்வில் 91 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றுள்ளேன். ஆனால் தற்போது இம்முறையிலும் மாற்றம் கொண்டு வந்து வெயிட்டேஜ் முறை என்பது, 15 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் 12ம் வகுப்பு முடித்து TET தேர்விலும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற என் போன்ற பலருக்கு மிகவும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும். எனவே அரசு இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்தின்போது எங்களைப் போன்றவர்களின் நிலையையும் கருத்தில் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பது என் போன்றவர்களின் தாழ்மையான கருத்து.

In a class room every one have same kind of bench, same teacher for every one, same book for every one overall a good equality us there.
So is it not possible to reduce minimum pass mark in BA for BC community.)
(*But if go to village you can't see everyone house is same as you find a equality in class room.)
What non-sense is this? Do you think, the Government is constructing houses for everyone in your village? It is absolutely NO. Then, how does all the houses are same in features in your village.
(*Every one parents are not equally educated.)
Who decided this fact? Who created this situation? Who ordered to be an illiterate? Who insisted to be an uneducated? Which Headmasters neglected those peoples from schools? What are the Government and Educational Policies recommended to be an uneducated? Don't blame anyone and just think over on it that why people are being uneducated. In past during II World War there was the situation and that also covered through National Literacy Mission, do you know that? Early marriage due to the hitch towards their assets those people are being like that. OK.

Doctors are going to deal with the patients only. They are just curing the diseases, that's all. I respect the profession but think about the teachers role. We are creating Doctors, Leaders, and etc., OK so there is no compromise.
(Our reservation policy makers are not fools ... If the reservation is not implemented after indepedent India. Now the India will be under control of one community.)
Oh! Then why the same relaxation for SC, ST, MBC, BC and all. ie., 82 marks.
Discrimination starts from relaxation only. Don't under estimate them. They are equal in all the aspects like Mind, Emotions, and etc., OK.
