Whatever change in application processing (or) conducting methodology for "Transfer Counselling or Promotion Counselling" the teaching community themselves voluntariliy doing the practice of corrupting the bureacrats in the School Education Department and politicians for achieving their own selfish objectives.

The Senior teachers, who are away from their own nativity for several years are indeed expecting the "Corrupt-Free" and Correct way of conducting Counselling where-as the Junior Teachers, who are about to be promoted from the proposed HM Panel are indeed desirous of staying in their own native district by spending lakhs of rupees and corrupting both Bureacrats & Politicians.

Totally, we may come to the conclusion that the promotional transfers and general transfers may be conducted as previously done during 1990s. not through recent time counselling process. If we dispense with this existing system of counselling process, we may expect somewhat justifiable results in Transfers,
for which every teacher should realise and act according to consciousness.
