மாவட்டங்களுக்கு தலா ஒரு கல்வித்துறை இணை இயக்குனர் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.
இவர்கள், அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் அதிகரிக்க ஆலோசனைகளை
வழங்கினர். பத்தாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வு முடிவு மே21ல் வெளியானது. ஒவ்வொரு
மாவட்டத்திலும் பெரும்பாலான பள்ளிகள் 100 சதவீத தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளன. சில
பள்ளிகளில் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் குறைந்ததால், மாவட்டத்தின்
ஒட்டுமொத்த
தேர்ச்சி பின்னுக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டது. இதற்கான காரணம் அறிய தலைமை ஆசிரியர்,
கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகளிடம் விசாரிக்க இணை இயக்குனர்களுக்கு, தேர்வுத் துறை
இயக்குனர் தேவராஜன் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். இதன்படி, தேர்வு பொறுப்பாளர்களாக
(நோடல் ஆபீசர்) செயல்பட்ட இணை இயக்குனர்கள் ஆய்வு நடத்தி விசாரிக்க
உள்ளனர். இதற்கிடையே தலைமை ஆசிரியர், முதன்மைக் கல்வி அதிகாரிகளுக்கு
'மெமோ' அனுப்பி உள்ளனர். இந்நடவடிக்கை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு கலக்கத்தை
ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
The Director of School Education, Joint Directors, CEOs, DEOs, - they should understand their role and responsibilities in enhancing the education system, and producing first rate students. Their administrative supervision plays a major role in this aspect. Their role, as per their motive is to stay in Chennai comfortably and leading a cosmopolitan life safely upto the age of 58. and spending time with office work in AC room.
ReplyDeleteHow many CEOs and DEOs regularly inspecting Hr.Sec.Schools/High Schools, ? How can they detect the late coming of teachers and HMs ? How many HMs are habitually leaving the school 1 hr earlier than the regular timing ? How many HMs are taking disciplinary action towards students ... if they are misbehaving inside the school campus ? How many HMs are capable of taking action towards erring Teachers and late coming teachers ? If the HMs are not capable, shall CEO or DEO be ready to take action against the erring teachers and misbehaved students ? Are all HMs becoming clever and intelligent to find out ... " how many PG /BT teachers are working with a motive of caste and communal influences and how they are making groups among students ?
How many Executive Members of Teachers Associations are regularly coming late to schools ? and leaving the schools early ? Why the HMs are not able to take action against them ? Is this lapse becoming the root cause of Govt. Policy or lopsided administration by CEOs & DEOs. ? How many CEOs and DEOs are responding to the complaints raised by PG Teachers / BT Teachers about HMs and Misbehaved Students ? How many CEOs and DEOs are ready to take disciplinary action against the erring HMs and Teachers, aswell as indisciplined students ? Are the JDs and the Director of School Education ready to react to this question ?
The Govt. policy is to give pass percentage to all students from Std. I to IX, and these students are expected to face the public exam. in SSLC, and +2. How these unproductive students of Govt. Schools can challenge these examination tasks in SSLC and +2, while comparing to pvt.schools. ? If any HM is a lady in a Govt. Hr.Sec.School, the male teachers in the particular schools are not obeying and hindrance to any academic improvement to be implemented by the Lady HMs.
The School Education Dept. should understand the reality and put all officials into self analysis about their role and responsibilities.
