EMIS ல் Finance Status தினமும் Update செய்வதற்கு பதிலாக செலவு செய்த ஒரு வாரத்திற்குள் Update செய்யும் வசதி தரப்பட்டுள்ளது!

Hello all. As per the request from schools and the guidance of SPD sir, we have made two important changes to the finance module: 

1. From today, the expenditure incurred can be entered upto 7 days after purchase,i.e. of a purchase was made on 14 Feb it can be added until 21 Feb.

2. Based on this change, schools need not enter daily status anymore. Adding expenditure whenever incurred is sufficient.

எல்லோருக்கும் வணக்கம். பள்ளிகளின் கோரிக்கை மற்றும் SPD ஐயாவின் வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி, நிதித் தொகுதியில் இரண்டு முக்கியமான மாற்றங்களைச் செய்துள்ளோம்:

 1. இன்று முதல், வாங்கிய செலவினத்தை வாங்கிய 7 நாட்கள் வரை உள்ளிடலாம், அதாவது. பிப்ரவரி 14 அன்று வாங்கப்பட்டது, அதை பிப்ரவரி 21 வரை சேர்க்கலாம்.

 2. இந்த மாற்றத்தின் அடிப்படையில், பள்ளிகள் இனி தினசரி நிலையை உள்ளிட வேண்டியதில்லை. ஏற்படும் போதெல்லாம் செலவைச் சேர்த்தால் போதுமானது.
