வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் காரணமாக, தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள், இறுதி தேர்வுப்
பட்டியலில் இடம்பிடிக்க, கடும் போட்டியை சந்திக்க உள்ளனர். ஆகஸ்ட், 17, 18
தேதிகளில் நடந்த டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில், 27 ஆயிரம் பேர், தேர்ச்சி பெற்றனர்.
எனினும், அரசு பள்ளிகளில், 15 ஆயிரம் இடங்கள் மட்டுமே, காலியாக உள்ளன. டிசம்பர் இறுதிக்குள், சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பை நடத்தி முடித்திட, டி.ஆர்.பி., திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. ஜனவரி முதல் வாரத்திற்குள், இறுதி தேர்வுப் பட்டியல் தயாரானால், பொங்கல் முடிந்ததும், 15 ஆயிரம் பேரும், பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவர் என, உயர் அதிகாரி ஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
கடும் போட்டி உறுதி : டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில்,
150க்கு, 60 சதவீதம் (90 மதிப்பெண்) எடுத்தவர்கள், தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களாக
அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இறுதி தேர்வானது, பள்ளி படிப்பு மற்றும் பட்ட
படிப்புகளில் எடுத்த மதிப்பெண்களும், கணக்கில் கொள்ளப்பட்டு, அதில் பெற்ற
மதிப்பெண், 40க்கு கணக்கிடப்படும்.
டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில் எடுத்த மதிப்பெண், 60க்கு
கணக்கிடப்பட்டு, மொத்தத்தில், 100க்கு, தேர்வர் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்
அடிப்படையில், இறுதி தேர்வுப் பட்டியல் தயாரிக்கப்படும்.
இடைநிலை ஆசிரியரை பொறுத்தவரை, பிளஸ் 2க்கு, 15
மதிப்பெண், ஆசிரியர் பட்டய தேர்வுக்கு, 25 மதிப்பெண் என, 40 மதிப்பெண்
ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதில், பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வில், 90 சதவீதத்திற்கும் அதிகமான
மதிப்பெண்களை பெற்றவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே, 15 மதிப்பெண் முழுமையாக கிடைக்கும்.
அதேபோல், ஆசிரியர் பட்டய தேர்வில், 70 சதவீதம் மற்றும் அதற்கும் அதிகமாக
மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்தால் தான், 25 மதிப்பெண், முழுமையாக கிடைக்கும்.
இல்லையெனில், இந்த மதிப்பெண் குறையும்.
கடும் போட்டி : அதேபோல், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியரை
பொறுத்தவரை, பிளஸ் 2க்கு, 10 மதிப்பெண், பட்ட படிப்பிற்கு, 15 மதிப்பெண்
மற்றும் பி.எட்., படிப்பிற்கு, 15 மதிப்பெண் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
இந்த, 40 மதிப்பெண்களையும், முழுமையாக பெற
வேண்டும் எனில், முறையே, 90 சதவீதம், 70 சதவீதம் (பட்டப் படிப்பு மற்றும்
பி.எட்.,) மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். இத்துடன், டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில்,
90 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் (150க்கு, 135 மதிப்பெண்) பெற்றிருப்பவர்களுக்கு

Why this injustice to the lersons having seniority and teaching experience in paper 2? In SG - seniority, in PG - seperate mark for seniority and experience, in SLED also - mark for experience. Why this revenge only on graduate teachers?

ReplyDeleteGetting experience is not a easy one. For example, one person has worked in a particular school for ten years. Now he wants the experience certificate. Upon his requisition letter, the concerned school secretary in his letter head will give certificate. Along with the certificate, the photocopy of the past ten years attendence registers with the sign of the secretary should be submitted to the AEO. After verifying the records, the AEO will sign on the certificate.

Only below 75 weightage candidates only Tuff competition.. And I got some information through my friends only 900 candidate only passed at paper 2 maths. So there is no competition at M/S candidates. ReplyDeleteDay before yesterday o called TRB office, I asked about revised key that mam said we should wait, I told her that v met Vibu Nair sir the other day and he said that he will resolve this issue! That mam said v don't have intimation about revised key but u have to wait. So I think some process is going on! TRB shd respond to cases also, they can't escape writ petitions and go on wit cv! So dnt worry

ReplyDeleteI have not written this TET exam even though, I want share my views about considering seniority,teaching experience,+2 and Degree marks.
ReplyDeleteTRB should consider teaching experience and also waiting years for job(seniority) the reasons are
1) 15 years back there was no these many students getting more than thousand marks only few got 1000 and more,out of 1200 marks. (In my school 935/1200 was school 1 st) but now only few getting below 1000.because that time, for science students internal mark 20 or 25 but now 50. for arts students only history and economics subjects but now computer science( here internal mark 50) so, now getting 1000 marks compare to before easy.
2) In arts subjects at degree level before there was no Internal mark and project work mark but now in all subjects there is internal mark(If i am not wrong)
3) Before there was no these many Autonomous colleges but now many Autonomous colleges making their own question and mark system. here we know that to attract students and companies, it is nature to award more marks(
4) All of us know that lecturers are forced by management to award full or minimum internal mark to students. other wise what will happen we know that.
5) Before there was only few B.Ed colleges and most of the students studied in correspondence course. As we know now B.Ed colleges are giving internal mark for all the students without thinking their ability ( I am not telling about all the students only who got full mark without attending even classes) because they got fees from students like 75000 to 100000.but that time there was no these many colleges, all correspondence students got less mark only.Now also correspondence students are getting less mark compare to regular B.Ed students(more over they have to study two years and to get certificates one year) (parithabam ennavendral avargal teacher aga velayum seithu kondirikkiraragal)
6) senior candidates are renewing their employment card for every three years(before, I think yearly once they had to renew) with the confidence of that at least one day they will get job,(nearly 15 to 20 years waiting).
7) Government also did not conduct exam for teaching post(2006 to 2011),if there was only one system of having exam means these senior candidates must have passed before and by this time they must have got job.
due to these many reasons if,TRB includes the seniority and experience for weightage all passed candidates will be happy.
this is not to hurt anybody just my opinion.please don't mistake me friends.

And also education system gradually changed. So Just instead of giving weightage to plus two give to the experience and seniority That's all It is good for both youngster and experienced teachers. For freshers Bed. and graduate marks more. So they can get good weightage. For experienced teachers seniority is to be considered. Just discuss only. Govt. will do there own policy. Don't feel anybody. thanking you,

ReplyDeleteI finished plus two and degree 15 years before at that time I was first mark in plus two in my school with 991 marks in degree my percentage was 57 which is good at that time, but I finished B.Ed last year, so by both senioritywise and weightagewise I will be the lowest, in my case, TET marks should be given priority. Let them (TRB) make the decision, we have/had/has to agree to that

Because you only get more tension after the various reply. Please dear friends analysis how many people passed in each subject and no. of vacancies using your friends circle, and district wise take data from well known friends and also through our friends by comments. OK.

The comment given in the time 3.54pm and 1.51pm are acceptable. If any experts analysis this surely they will give any change regarding this. Don't worry all TET passed candidates will get the job. If possible, those who filed a case against the wrong question can get marks. I pray god that candidates also will get the Job.
