How to deduct One Day Strike Salary in E-Pay Roll

First calculate One day salary of August 2017

Ex:   Gross Salary  Rs :  40780/31  =  1315.48  rounded of nearest 1 rupee  1315

        Gross Salary  Rs :  55110/31  =  1777.74  rounded of nearest 1 rupee   1778

Then Log in your epay roll - clck Employee Management - Current Detail

Displayed  Employee Master Detail

Click - Loans and Advances  -  Principle -  Select - Over Payment Recovery

Enter All Detail

Enter Last Instalment Amount is 0 (Zero)  then click save

as usual forward and approved DDO Login

then Pay Calculation
