ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு (டி.இ.டி.,) மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில்,
ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என, வலியுறுத்தி, டி.இ.டி.,
தேர்வர்கள், நேற்று, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய (டி.ஆர்.பி.,) அலுவலகம் முன்,
ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்தினர். சென்னை, கல்லூரி சாலையில் உள்ள, டி.ஆர்.பி.,
அலுவலகம் முன், டி.இ.டி., தேர்வர்கள், நேற்று காலை, ஆர்ப்பாட்டம்
நடத்தினர். அப்போது, அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது:
கடந்த ஆண்டு, ஆகஸ்டில், டி.இ.டி., தேர்வெழுதி, 90
மதிப்பெண் பெற்று, தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோம். தற்போது, 5 சதவீத சலுகை
அடிப்படையில், 47 ஆயிரம் பேர் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். அவர்களுக்கு,
சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில்,
நாங்கள், அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்தாலும், வேலை கிடைக்குமா என்பது
சந்தேகமாக உள்ளது. முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வில், வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் இல்லை.
எழுத்துத் தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் தான், பணி நியமனம் நடக்கிறது.
அதே முறையை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் தேர்விலும், கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு,

Follow the selection procedure based on TET marks.
Some one told they studied plus two in the period of 10 to 15 years back.
Also, degrees from varies university. (some university given internal marks some not)
But for TET examination, all candidates under the same syllabus, same question paper and in the same period of time. (written by all age groups, from varies universities, varies communities etc.,)
So, better to appoint the BT assistant based on TET marks with communal basis.
Otherwise no end for filing a case and no appoint should be done.
