வழங்கக் கோரிய வழக்கில், ஒரு வாரத்துக்குள் பதிலளிக்குமாறு அரசுக்கு சென்னை
உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது.

நியமனத்துக்கு நடத்தப்படும் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில், தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட,
பழங்குடியின மற்றும் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கு 5 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் சலுகை
வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
பல மாநிலங்களில் 5 முதல் 10 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்
சலுகை வழங்கப்படுவதாகவும், தமிழகத்தில் அதேபோல வழங்கியிருந்தால், இந்த
பிரிவுகளைச் சேர்ந்த பலருக்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள் பணி கிடைத்திருக்கும் என்றும்
குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார். இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த, சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற தலைமை
நீதிபதி இக்பால், சிவஞானம் ஆகியோர் கொண்ட அமர்வு, ஒரு வாரத்துக்குள்
பதிலளிக்கும்படி, பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை செயலாளர், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்
தலைவர் ஆகியோருக்கு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்ப உத்தரவிட்டது. மேலும், ஆசிரியர்
நியமனம் தொடர்பாக இந்த வழக்கின் இறுதித் தீர்ப்புக்கு கட்டுப்பட வேண்டும்
என்றும் நீதிபதிகள் உத்தரவிட்டனர்

ReplyDeleteTamil Nadu Government have to consider in giving reservation quota relaxation marks(5%) for pass in Teacher Eligibility Test as per NCTE norms. Because, still there is a huge vacany for in government schools as well as in Aided schools. Because pass in tet is compulsory for the appointment of teachers is govt. and govt aided schools.
*Also, if government conducts another Teacher Eligibility Test means those people who already secured 83-89(55%) in the last Teacher Eligibility Test will certainly get pass marks.But how long they struggle...with the present unemployment and underemployment.
*This is really big Social Injustice to Physically and visually challenged people also.
Our Tamil Nadu Government has to think on this....
Being born in Tamil Nadu only I Couldn't get govt. teacher job with 89 marks in tet paper 2, With the same score I would get govt teacher job in Andra pradesh or Uttar Pradesh because in those states follows reservation quota system and grant 5% mark to backward class people in tet exam. But this is not followed in Tamil Nadu. This brings inequality among backward people in one state to another in getting a govt teacher job. This is against our consitutional law which says about equal opportunity...
* EVENTHOUGH THERE IS A HUGE VACANCIES OF TEACHERS (more than 30,000 as 1teacher per 30 student in accordance with the right to education act) Present student strength in Tamilnadu govt and govt aided schools is more than 92 lakhs as mentioned in the yesterday(13.12.12) CM function.
If you calculate the ratio 92 lakhs/30=3 lakh (apprixmatly) so more than 3 lakh teachers is required as per the calculation. The present teachers strength in govt schools is approxmatly 2 lakhs as per the daily news paper reports. But Right To Educaton is implemented upto 1-8th std. In overall we could conclude that shortage of teacher is more than 50,000.
Even a month back our school education minister Mr. Sivapathi told in a santhom(chennai) school function that the govt is going to appoint 59,000(fifty nine thousand) teachers in govt schools within this year. So, if this much of teacher is wanted
in govt school means than why govt is not implementing reservation in tet exams? Because some more candidate will get govt teacher job if they implement.
*Apart from that huge amount of fund is allotted to implement the right to education act by the central and state govt.
*Oneside huge number of teachers is wanted and other side huge amount of fund is available. In the same time, the pass percentage in tet is very low (below 3%). But the govt is not ready to appoint the atleast some more teachers as requirment is huge in - by implementing the reservation system. Even if the govt gives 5%(83-89 marks) relaxation to backward people as per norms means even that wont be enough to fullfill the required vacancy.
->WHY THE GOVT OF TAMIL NADU IS NOT READY TO IMPLEMENT RESERVATION QUOTA MARKS IN TET EXAM AS PER NORMS AND WHERE IT WAS IMPLEMENTED IN OTHER STATES???

* you may have heard about B.A. Politics & M.A. Politics but this is called 'C' - politics, which no university will offer and even our father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi doesn't know it.But this thing you defintly have to come across this in your life.
*Don't worry our consitutional makers are Not fools .....they have structured a super system that never fails to give social justice to the people. We have the court, that will definitly give us JUSTICE.
(NOTE: Regarding this issue as of now, No political leader [who belongs to BC, MBC, SC, ST] has given their voice/support. Pls support us, if you are not supporting than who will support us. Because individual candidates who belong to BC,MBC, SC, ST, PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED AND VISUALLY CHALLENGED ARE LEGEALLY FIGHTING IN THE COURST FOR THEIR JUSTICE) Think and act.

ReplyDeleteTET exam time 1.30hrs than anal atha namma mudhalvar 3.hrs nu NCTE rule la solladhadha seydanga... NCTE norms clear ah 5% varaikkum SC/ST/PH/OBC kodukkalam nu solli eruku. anal atha seiya mudiyathu apdinu adam pidakarnaga... idhu nyayamaa....???????
