ReplyDeletein the elementary education, the seniority fixation for every year of the BT teachers is fully contrary from the BT teachers of the highschool teachers seniority fixation. in high school they are fixed in the appointment date as senoir whether they completed probationary period or not. under the BTs the second grade teachers are put in the panel list. but in the elementary education , the BTs who do not complete the probationary come under second grade teachers who completed probationary. not only that a BT teacher who is appointed (16.3. 2007)through TRB TRANSFERS TO HIS NATIVE UNION FIRST TIME AFTER A YEAR WITHOUT COMPLETING probation. He is put in the seniority list under a second grade teacher who is promoted as a BT assistant later (12.11.2007) the date of the first BT teacher. is this just? why this problems arises contrary the contrary fixation between high school and middle school though both are BT TECHERS? IS THERE ANY SENIORITY FIXATION ORDERS AND RULES PUBLISHED BY TN GOVT. IF SO PLEASE SEND ME. PLEASE TAKE NESSARY STEPS TO IT.
hai, what is the basic salary for the private school teachers ?is there any govt norms for the salary ? because in so many rural area schools , the teachers are getting very low salary,but they are forced to work for a long time like a slave,now a days even a coolie receives the salary above Rs 300,but not the private school teachers, how and where can they send their complaints ?
ReplyDeletesir we people sent our comments,but there is no use.eventhough we dont have any news on our recruitment i leave a comment here also. what about botany final result?. why the board is delayyyyyyyyyyyying our result?. can nobody ask question againgst trb?.how can we get result?. who can give us life?.how long we have to wait like this?. shall we apply for another priv. job?. because no school is ready to accept our biodata after hearing our selection.if we dont say the selection, we have to submit our original certificates.when we get the certificates by not completing one year we have to pay one month salary.please anyone clear us.

சட்டசபையில் இன்று உறுப்பினர்கள் சவுந்திர ராஜன் (மார்க்சிஸ்டு கம்யூ.), ஆறுமுகம் (இந்திய கம்யூ.), என்.ஆர்.ரங்கநாதன் (காங்) ஆகியோர் கவன ஈர்ப்பு கொண்டு வந்தனர். அவர்கள் கூறும் போது, தமிழக அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் அதிகரித்து வரும் காலி பணியிடங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்து நிர்வாக பணிகளை தொய்வின்றி நடத்த வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் குறித்து பேசினார்கள்.
இதற்கு பதில் அளித்து நகராட்சி மற்றும் ஊரக வளர்ச்சி துறை அமைச்சர் கே.பி.முனுசாமி கூறியதாவது:-
அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் காலி பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பும் அமைப்புக்களான தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வாணையம், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம், சீருடை பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வு குழுமம், வேலை வாய்ப்பகங்கள், தேர்வு குழுக்கள் ஆகியவை மூலம் போட்டி தேர்வு, நேர்முக தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு காலி பணியிடங்களில் நியமனம் செய்யப்படுகின்றனர். மேலும் ஒவ்வொரு பதவிக்கான சிறப்பு விதிகளில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள நியமன முறைகள் மூலம், பதவிகள் நிரப்பப் பட்டு வருகின்றது. தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம், வேலை வாய்ப்பகம் மூலம் அரசு துறைகளில் 54,420 பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
தமிழ்நாடு சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் மூலம் 13,581 பணியிடங்களும் மற்ற கல்லூரிகளில் 64,435 ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் அல்லாத பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன. 16,793 சத்துணவு அமைப் பாளர்கள், சமையல், சமையல் உதவியாளர் பணியிடங்களும் 11,803 அங்கன் வாடி பணியாளர் பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப் பட்டுள்ளன. அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகங்களில் 16,963 பணியிடங் களும் கூட்டுறவு நியாய விலை கடைகளில் 6,307 பணியிடங்களும், தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரியத்தில் 5,489 பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன. மற்றும் பல்வேறு அரசு துறை நிறுவனங்களில் 3717 பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன.
மேலும் 22,269 ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களும், 1091 காவல் உதவி ஆய்வாளர் பணியிடங்களும், தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரியத்தில் 4,042 பணியிடங்களும், கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளில் 3607 பணியிடங்களும், தமிழ் நாடு அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தால் 10,105 காலி பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தமிழ்நாடு மருத்துவ பணி கழகத்தால் 2,159 மருத்துவர்கள், 4 ஆயிரம் செவிலியர் பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட உள்ளன. எனவே காலி பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கான பணி தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறுவதால் நிர்வாக பணிகள் தொய்வின்றி நடக்கிறது. ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த குறுகிய காலத்தில் அதிகப்படியான காலி பணியிடங்களை இந்த அரசு நிரப்பி உள்ளது. இதனால் அரசு நிர்வாகமும் சரியாக நடைபெறுகிறது.

நான் தருமபுரி மாவட்டத்தில் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியராக பணிபுரிந்து வருகிறேன். டிசம்பர் 2009 ல் விநாயகா மிஷன்ஸ் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் எம்ஃபில் பட்டம் பெற்றேன்.
எனக்கு எம்ஃபில் படிப்பிற்கு ஊக்க ஊதியம் பெற தகுதி உள்ளதா என்பதை தயவு செய்துகூறவும். சிலர் விநாயகா மிஷன் எம்ஃபில் அங்கீகாரமற்றது எனவும், சிலர் ஊக்க ஊதியம் பெறலாம் என்றும் கூறுவதால் இந்த குழப்பம்.

ReplyDeleteஎன் பெயர் V ரவி. நான் சென்னையில் இருக்கிறேன். நான் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் 99 மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுத்து தேர்ச்சிப்பெற்றுள்ளேன். இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் நியமனத்தில் வெயிட்டேஜ் அமல்படுத்துவதால் DIET ல் படித்தவர்களுக்கு அதாவது +2 வில் 1100 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் வேலை கிடைக்கும்படி அரசாணை 252 உள்ளது. DIET ல் படித்தவர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் 82 மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுத்தாலே வேலை கிடைக்கும் அதே தனியார் ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி பள்ளியில் படித்தவர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் 105 மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுத்தாலும் வேலை கிடைக்காது.நமது பாதிப்பு குறித்து கல்வி அமைச்சர் மற்றும் கல்விச்செயலரை அணுகி கேட்டதற்கு கோர்ட்க்கு போங்கள் என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். எனவே நீதிமன்ற நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முயற்சி செய்து வருகிறேன். seniority படி இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனம் கோரும் தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் அணுகவும்.
