Most of the teachers appointed during 2004-2006 in DEE(elementary department) as BT assistants. There is no way to become as a PG Assistant in higher secondary school for them. But those who are appointed after 2006 directly in high and higher secondary schools have an opportunity to become a PG Assistant. DEE is a unit of DSE. In 2010 there is a unit transfer provision was given by the govt. Those who are got unit transfer from DEE to DSE lose their seniority and they are put under juniors. Junior teachers get promotion but the unit transfer teachers still struggling to get promotion. This is against the natural justice. whether it is sin those who are recruited first in elementary department? All BT associations are speechless in this regard.
