காலாண்டு தேர்வு விடுமுறையில், தொடர்ந்து
ஆன்லைன் அலுவலக பணி, ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு திணிக்கப்படுவதால், கடும் அதிருப்தி
அடைந்துள்ளனர்.தமிழகத்தில் முதல் பருவத்தேர்வு முடிவடைந்து, அக்டோபர், 2ம்
தேதி வரை, அனைத்து பள்ளிகளுக்கும் விடுமுறை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. விடுமுறை
நாளில், பவர் ஃபைனான்ஸ் தொடர்பான ஆன்லைன் பணிகளை மேற்கொள்ளும்படி,
உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
விடுமுறை தினத்தை கருத்தில், கொண்டு பல்வேறு
திட்டத்துடன் இருந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் கடும் அதிருப்தி அடைந்துள்ளனர்.
இதுகுறித்து அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் கூறியதாவது: தமிழக அரசின் சார்பில்,
பத்தாம் வகுப்பு, ப்ளஸ் 1, ப்ளஸ் 2 வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள் இடைநிறுத்தம் செய்வதை
தடுக்க, சிறப்பு ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதற்காக, ஒவ்வொரு
மாணவருக்கும், வங்கிக்கணக்கு துவக்கி, அவற்றை ஆன்லைனில் பதிவு செய்ய
வேண்டும். நேரடியாக மாணவரது வங்கிக்கணக்கில், தமிழக அரசின் சார்பில்,
டெபாஸிட் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இதற்காக மாணவர்களது விவரங்களையும்,
வங்கிக்கணக்கையும், ஆன்லைனில் பதிவு செய்யும் பணி பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களிடம்
வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
தற்போது செப்டம்பர், 24, 25 தேதிகளில், பத்தாம் வகுப்பு
மாணவர்களின் வங்கிக்கணக்கு விவரங்களையும், செப்டம்பர், 26, 27ம் தேதிகளில்,
ஏற்கனவே பதியப்பட்ட விவரங்களை சரிபார்த்தலும், செப்டம்பர், 27, முதல் 30ம்
தேதிக்குள், ப்ளஸ் 2 படிக்கும் மாணவ, மாணவியரின் விவரங்களையும் பதிய
வேண்டும் என கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இப்பணிகளில் ஈடுபட,
ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு திடீர் உத்தரவு போடப்பட்டுள்ளதால், விடுமுறை தினங்களில்
செய்து வைத்திருந்த பிளான், "பணால்' ஆகிவிட்டது. ஆசிரியர்களை கற்பித்தல்
பணிகளை தவிர, மற்ற அனைத்து பணிகளுக்கும் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளலாம் என்ற நிலை
உருவாகியுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு அவர்கள் கூறினர்.

ReplyDeleteIn all works are done by the HR.SEC. SCHOOL ,COMPUTER TEACHERS . They did the work past 13 Years . They do their works with duty conscious. 652 computers teachers are terminated by the judges. In their school above work are done by some teachers . Today they are murmuring do this work. But Computer Teachers are do this work with their duty conscious . From 1999 to 2004 their got 1500 per monthly . some times their working without any salary. since from 2006 -2008 thy got salary 6 months or yearly once. FRIENDS SINCERE AND DEDICATION IS ONLY THINGS TO GETTING HIGHER LEVEL .

ReplyDeletebut computer science bed teachers not appointed in schools,,,,,and no oppurnity gives the trb,,,,,,so basic knowing teachers do this work,,,,daily government giver the salary like holiday,,,,so do this work,,,,
Now days this is common work don't feel for that every teacher should take part and know about basic computer knowledge in future we have to teach in smart class
