sir, i am working as a B.T.Asst. I am qualified B.Com., M.Com., with B.Ed., i want to study M.phil in part-time, but my problem is M.com., second class 52% marks only. The eligible is 55%. how to join M.Phil part-time study and which university is accepted below 55% please tell me sir?
