    What is the criteria to choose the teacher for surplus?

    I am a tet passed candidate. My rank is 970 but my year of birth is 1986. But another candidate's rank is 1050 and his year of birth is 1984. Now who is supposed to go in surplus? We are appointment same day and same time....

    உபரி பணியிடம் பொதுவாக குறிப்பிட்ட பள்ளியில் பணியேற்ற நாளை கணக்கில் கொண்டு முடிவு செய்யப்படும்.இரண்டு பேருமே ஒரே நாளில் அப்பள்ளியில் பணியேற்று இருந்தால் மட்டுமே பிறந்த நாள் ஊதியம் பெறக்கூடிய கணக்குத்தலைப்பு ஆகியன பரிசீலனை செய்யப்படும்.

    To my knowledge Surplus is in no way connected with the rank of the teacher. Age would be taken into account.

    உண்மையிலும் உண்மை. வயது கூட கடைசிபட்சமாகத்தான் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.தர எண் இங்கு பயன்படாது.குறிப்பிட்ட பள்ளியில் பணியிட இளையவரே உபரியாக செல்வார்.

    உயர்நிலை/ மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியில் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிட மாறுதல் என்பது வாய்ப்பு இல்லை என்றே சொல்லலாம்.ஏனெனில் எங்குமே இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடம் காலியாக இருக்காது. இநிஆ. பதவி உயர்வில் சென்ற உடனே அப்பணியிடம் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடமாக மாற்றப்படுகிறது.
