2009ம் ஆண்டு நிலவரப்படி உச்ச நீதி மன்ற தீர்ப்பு மற்றும் உயர்நீதி மன்ற ஆணைப்படி அரசால் 652 கணினி பயிற்றுநர் பணியிடமானது காலியாக்கப்பட்டு, அப்பணியிடங்கள் B.Sc.,B.Ed., பட்டம் முடித்த கணினி ஆசிரியர்களுக்காக ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதன் பொருட்டு அரசு மேனிலைப்பள்ளியில் காலியாக உள்ள 652 கணினி பயிற்றுநர் பணியிடங்களை வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலக பதிவு மூப்பு அடிப்படையில் நிரப்ப உயர் நீதி மன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது . மேலும், 22-10-2013 க்குள் நியமனத்திற்கான பெரும்பாலான பணிகளை விரைந்து முடிக்குமாறு அரசுக்கு சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்ற அமர்வு நீதிபதிகள் பானுமதி, சசிதரன் ஆகியோர் வலியுறுத்தி உள்ளார்கள் என்று கணினி அறிவியல் B.Ed., சங்கத் தலைவி திருமதி. குணவதி அவர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
Yes i saw the Judgement copy of pettion No 1270 of 2013 But The post of computer instructor Should be filled up by Direct Recriutment not by employment seniority because they are very old people through the emp.they have not update his/her subject

ReplyDeleteThe judgement is law wise correct. But it is unfair to dismiss the Existed employees Who are now fully qualified most of them now settled in their life with families. Serving 10 years for the beginning of the computer era in school and lost their livelihood in this decision. Can Govt. reconsider under the humanitarian ground

ReplyDeleteஇந்த தீர்ப்பும் பணிநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட கணினி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பாதகம்தான்.ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு மூப்பில் முதலில் இருந்தவர்கள்.ஆனால் பணியில் சேர்ந்தவுடன் அரசு அவர்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு பதிவை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டது. மிகவும் வருத்தப்படவேண்டிய செய்திதான்.
