MY PREDICTION OF TNTET 2013 :

(1). NO PRIORITY FOR ABOVE 90. There is no discrimination between "below 90 and above 90". All are treated equally.
(2). THE COURT CAN NOT ORDER "weightage for seniority and experience". That is upto government's policy decision. (3). The ratio among 12, Degree, B.Ed and TET can be changed by the government.

MY PREDICTION OF TNTET 2013 CHENNAI HIGH COURT VERDICT:

(1). NO PRIORITY FOR ABOVE 90. There is no discrimination between "below 90 and above 90". All are treated equally.

(2). THE COURT CAN NOT ORDER THE GOVERNMENT TO GIVE "Weightage for Seniority and Experience". That is upto government's policy decision.

(3). The percentage of weightage among 12, Degree, B.Ed and TET can be changed by the government to satisfy the senior candidates. Example: 70+15+15 = 100 (+12 is removed).
