DeleteOld is gold ya. This is totally waste. ALL are going to get low weightage marks in this method. It is in favour of freshers and private college students. Because now all are getting higher marks. So fresh graduates with higher percentage go through easily. But old guys always waiting to see thm.

DeleteBasically the syllabus is not fit for language teachers. The system doesn't evaluate the language efficiency. They are going to teach English or tamil. But their efficiency is tested in social science or in science and mathematics. What nonsense the system is.

DeleteWeightage marks for studies and employment seniority may also be considered.
ReplyDeleteTET is only an eligibility criteria. So 50% is more than enough. But TET cleared candidates should be placed for recruitment process. That is TRB examination in their subject or employment seniority will be the right recruitment process.

ReplyDeletewhat about experience. If you want to take job in the private school the first eligibility is experience based on this they will appoint the staff . I am wondering that our government didn't care about experience then how they can provide a better education to the future generation .they should provide marks for experience too then only they can select good teacher ,merely book reading alone is not only a quality of teacher please consider this to as a quality of teacher.
