Government in the letter first cited , has informed that the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration are designed to acknowledge , recognize and reward the exemplary work done by the civil servants across the country. The awards are presented by the Hon'ble Prime Minister on the occasion of the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on 31.10.2020 .
