1 . தகவல் அறியும் உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் கீழ் கோரப்பட்ட தகவல்கள் கீழ்கண்டவாறு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது . . அரசு ஆணை எண் .157 , ( Personal and Administrative Reforms ) நாள் 24.06.94 ன் படி 01.07.1994 முதல் ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படுவது மாற்றி அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது . இதன் படி ஜனவரி 1 மற்றும் ஜுலை 1 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு முறையே 15 நாட்கள் ஈட்டிய விடுப்புக் கணக்கில் சேர்க்கப்படும் . விடுமுறை அனுபவிக்கும் பணியாளர்களுக்கு 17 நாட்கள் ஈடடிய விடுப்பு கணக்கில் வைக்கப்படும் . அரசுக் கடித எண் .82420 / 82 / 83-8 நாள் 05.02.1985 ல் வெளியிடப்பட்ட தெளிவுரைகள் தற்போது நடைமுறையில் இல்லை .
2. ஊதியமில்லா விடுப்பிற்கு மட்டுமே ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு குறைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற நடைமுறை 01.07.1994 முதல் அமலில் உள்ளது .
3. நடைமுறையில் உள்ள விதிகளின் படியே Re - casting of earned leave செய்யப்படுகிறது . முன்தேதியிட்டு கணக்கீடு செய்யும் போது அத்தேதியில் நடைமுறையில் இருந்த விதிகளின் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே செய்யப்படும் .
4. தமிழ்நாடு விடுப்பு விதி 9 ( a ) - ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளவை . " If a permanent Government servant in superior service is in a vacation department his earned leave shall for each year of duty in which he has availed himself of the vacation , be reduced by 30 days . If a part only of the vacation has been availed of in any year the period by which the earned leave shall be reduced shall be fraction which bears to thirty days the same propotion as the part of the vacation availed bears to the full period of the vacation " .
