Dear Sir/ Madam, 

*Subject: Employee Profile Edit Option Enabled in HRMS (DDO Login)*

Using this option, DDOs can update the following employee details:

Like : Gender,Name,Salutation,Aadhaar Name,PAN Name,CPS/GPF/TPF Number,Date of Joining
Date of Birth,Employee Category,Father name 

All updates must be supported with valid proof documents.

This feature also allows DDOs to make necessary eSR corrections, with mandatory attachment of supporting documents, and proceed through the DDO-level approval process.

*Navigation Path:HRMS → Employee Profile → Enter Emp ID → Search → Edit → Continue → Click "Update Profile" → Select the field to be modified → Review → Upload the supporting proof → Submit*

*Note:Kindly ensure that all notifications are completed up to the DDO approval stage. Once approved, the data corrections will be updated in the application accordingly.*
