  தமிழ்நாட்டின் G.O. (Ms) No.154 (நாள்: 30.09.2026) அரசாணை, MLACDS (சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் தொகுதி மேம்பாட்டு நிதி - 2026–27) திட்டத்தின் வழிகாட்டுதல்களில் செய்யப்பட்ட முக்கியத் திருத்தத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது.

அரசாணை எண் 154 (G.O. Ms. No. 154), நாள்: 30-09-2026  தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் ஊரக வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் ஊராட்சித் துறை (SGS.1) மூலம் வெளியிடப்பட்ட முக்கிய அரசாணையாகும்.

இந்த அரசாணை, சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் தொகுதி மேம்பாட்டு நிதி திட்டத்தின் (MLACDS - 2026–27) உள்கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்வதற்கான விதிமுறைகளில் சில முக்கிய திருத்தங்களை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது.

• பயன்பெறும் நிறுவனங்கள்:

• அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் (Government Schools)

        • அங்கன்வாடி மையங்கள் (Anganwadi Centers)

• அரசு கல்லூரிகள் (Colleges)

• அரசு ஐடிஐ (ITI) நிறுவனங்கள்

• அரசு மாணவர் விடுதிகள் (Hostels)

• மேம்பாட்டுப் பணிகள்: மேற்கண்ட அரசு நிறுவனங்களுக்குத் தேவையான உபகரணங்கள் (Equipments) மற்றும் தளவாடப் பொருட்கள் (Furniture / Logistics) வாங்கி வழங்குவதற்கும், அவற்றின் உள்கட்டமைப்பை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும் இந்த அரசாணையின் மூலம் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது

ORDER:

In the Government Order first read above, detailed guidelines were issued for the implementation of the Member of Legislative Assembly Constituency Development Scheme (MLACDS) for the period from 2026-27 to 2030-31 and orders were also issued sanctioning and releasing a sum of Rs.828.36 crore for the implementation of the Scheme during the year 2026 - 27, at the rate of Rs.3.54 crore per constituency for all the Legislative Assembly Constituencies in the State.

2. In the Letter second read above, the Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj has sent a proposal to include in SI.No.6(a) under the Positive list of works in the Guidelines issued in the Government order first read above and has requested the Government to issue amendment as mentioned below:-

3. The Government have carefully examined the proposal of the Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in detail and have decided to accept the same. Accordingly, the Government hereby amend Si.No.6(a) under the Positive list of works in the Guidelines annexed to the Government order first read above, as follows:-
