Sub: Integrated Financial and Human man Resources Management System (IFHRMS) Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1973 Submission of return of Assets and Liabilities by Government Servants through IFHRMS (Online) - Extension of Time Limit-Regarding.

2. in G.O. (Ms.) No.7, Human Resources Management (A) Department, dated 09.01.2026 orders have been issued amending Rule 7(3) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1973 that every Government servant shall submit their assets (movable and immovable property) a and liabilities statement annually in Schedule I namely Statement of Assets, Debts and other Liabilities held by Government servants, through the IFHRMS web portal (online).

3. Subsequently, in the reference second cited instructions were issued e issued directing all the Government servants to file the statement of Assets and Liabilities through the IFHRMS web-portal (online) for the calendar year ending 31 December 2025 on or before 31 October 2026 and thereafter on or before 31 March of succeeding calendar year without fail.
4. The Government have received representations from various organisations seeking an extension of the time limit for filing property returns through the IFHRMS web-portal (online). Accordingly, the Government have decided to extend the time limit by a further period of two months, ie, up to 31.12.2026.
5. I am, therefore directed to request you to issue necessary instructions to the Government servants working under your administrative control to submit the Assets and Liabilities details within the extended time limit without fail.

பொருள்: ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மற்றும் மனிதவள மேலாண்மை அமைப்பு (IFHRMS) தமிழ்நாடு அரசு ஊழியர்கள் நடத்தை விதிகள், 1973 அரசு ஊழியர்களால் IFHRMS (இணையவழி) மூலம் சொத்துக்கள் மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் குறித்த அறிக்கையைச் சமர்ப்பித்தல் - கால நீட்டிப்பு - தொடர்பாக.

குறிப்புகள்:
1. அரசாணை (திருமதி) எண்.7, மனிதவள மேலாண்மை (அ) துறை, நாள் 09.01.2026.

2. 09.01.2026 தேதியிட்ட, மனிதவள மேலாண்மை (அ) துறையின் அரசாணை (திருமதி) எண்.7-இல், 1973-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசு ஊழியர்கள் நடத்தை விதிகளின் விதி 7(3)-ஐத் திருத்தி உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதன்படி, ஒவ்வொரு அரசு ஊழியரும் தங்களது சொத்துக்கள் (அசையும் மற்றும் அசையா சொத்துக்கள்) மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் குறித்த அறிக்கையை, அட்டவணை I-இல் அதாவது 'அரசு ஊழியர்களால் வைத்திருக்கப்படும் சொத்துக்கள், கடன்கள் மற்றும் பிற பொறுப்புகள் குறித்த அறிக்கை' என்ற தலைப்பில், IFHRMS வலைதளம் (ஆன்லைன்) மூலம் ஆண்டுதோறும் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

3. அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட்ட இரண்டாவது குறிப்பில், அனைத்து அரசு ஊழியர்களும் 31 டிசம்பர் 2025-இல் முடிவடையும் நிதியாண்டிற்கான சொத்துக்கள் மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் குறித்த அறிக்கையை, 31 அக்டோபர் 2026 அன்றோ அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னரோ, அதன்பிறகு தவறாமல் அடுத்த நிதியாண்டின் 31 மார்ச் அன்றோ அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னரோ IFHRMS வலைதளம் (ஆன்லைன்) மூலம் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

4. IFHRMS வலைத்தளம் (இணையவழி) மூலம் சொத்துக் கணக்கு விவரங்களைத் தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கான காலக்கெடுவை நீட்டிக்கக் கோரி, பல்வேறு அமைப்புகளிடமிருந்து அரசாங்கத்திற்குப் பல கோரிக்கைகள் வந்துள்ளன. அதன்படி, அரசாங்கம் காலக்கெடுவை மேலும் இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு, அதாவது 31.12.2026 வரை நீட்டிக்க முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

5. எனவே, உங்களின் நிர்வாகக் கட்டுப்பாட்டின் கீழ் பணிபுரியும் அரசு ஊழியர்கள், நீட்டிக்கப்பட்ட காலக்கெடுவிற்குள் தவறாமல் சொத்துக்கள் மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் குறித்த விவரங்களைச் சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு தேவையான அறிவுறுத்தல்களை வழங்குமாறு உங்களைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
