ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் தாமதமாகும் என கூறப்படுகிறது. இதனால்
மாணவர்களும்பெற்றோரும் கவலையடைந்துள்ளனர்.
தமிழகத்தில் ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கு தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது கட்டா யம் என்ற சட்டம் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தபின் ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனத்தில் பல்வேறு சோதனைகளும், தடைகளும் வருகின்றன.குறிப்பாக கடந்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் நடத்தப்பட்ட தகுதித்தேர்வுக்குபின் பல்வேறு காரணங்களுக்காக தொரடப்பட்ட வழக்குகளில் சிக்கி, தேர்வுமுடிவுகளை அறிவிப்பதிலும், தகுதியானவர்கள் பட்டியல் வெளியிடுவதிலும்தொடர்ந்து இழுபறி ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.விடைத்தாள் வழக்கு, வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழக்கு, 5 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் சலுகை தொடர்பான வழக்கு என டிஆர்பி எடுக்கும் எல்லா நடவடிக்கைகளும் வழக்குகளை சந்திக்க வைக்கின்றன.இதனால் கடந்த ஓராண்டாக ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமன நடைவடிக்கைகள் முழுமை பெறாமல் முடங்கி வருகின்றன. இது மாணவர்களுக்கு கடும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது.பெரும்பாலான வழக்குகளுக்கு சமீபத்தில் தீர்வு காணப்பட்டு, ஒருவழியாகஆசிரியர் நியமனத்திற்கான தகுதியானவர்களின் இறுதிப் பட்டியல் சமீபத்தில் வெளியானது.
இவர்களுக்கு விரைவில் பணி நியமன உத்தரவு வழங்குவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது.இந்த நிலையில் மதுரை ஜெயகிருஷ்ணன் என்பவர் உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், 5 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் சலுகை அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்க எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளார். மேலும், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான தகுதிகளை மட்டுமே நிர்ணயிக்க மத்திய அரசு என்சிடிஇ&க்கு அதிகாரம் அளித்துள்ளது. அதில் இடஒதுக்கீடு பிரிவினருக்கு 5 சதவீத சலுகை மதிப்பெண் வழங்க அரசுகளை அனுமதிப்பதுசட்டவிரோதமானது. எனவே, ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்க தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என மனுவில் குறிப்பிட்டுள் ளார்.
மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி சசிதரன் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய தலைவர் மற்றும் செயலர் பதில் அளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். இதனால், பதில் கிடைத்து அடுத்த உத்தரவு வரும் வரை புதிய ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனத்திற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடருமா என்ற கேள்விக்குறி எழுந்துள்ளது. கடந்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 17ம் தேதி தகுதி தேர்வு நடந்த நிலையில், ஒரு ஆண்டு கடந்த பின்னரும் ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் இழுத்தடிக்கப்படுவதால், அடுத்த தகுதி தேர்வு அறிவிப்பு வெளியாவதும் தாமதமாகி வருகிறது.
இதனால், பள்ளிகளில் ஆசிரியர் காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படாமல் அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. பள்ளிகள் திறந்து இரண் டரை மாதம் கடந்த நிலை யில், விரைவில் காலாண்டு தேர்வுகள் நடக்க உள்ளன. பல பள்ளிகளில் பொதுத்தேர்வை சந்திக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு முக்கிய பாடங்களுக்குரிய ஆசிரியர்கள் பற்றாக்குறை நிலவுகிறது. இதனால், மாணவர்களும், பெற்றோரும் கவலையில் உள்ளனர்.

ReplyDeleteTeachers, you have to understand one thing before start protesting against the new weightage system. You are going to be a teacher that means you have to educate the YOUNG INDIA. If the candidates have good marks right from the beginning (10th, 12th, UG/PG, B.Ed.,) in their respective curriculum/major means they could have a good knowledge/understanding in subjects. Those can teach and educate the students very well when compared with low marks candidates. For the candidates who have less marks in 10th, 12th, UG/PG, B.Ed., means you shouldn't have in-depth knowledge in your respective curriculum/major. What you guys did was just prepared for TET exam and scored in that. For teaching you got to have consistent knowledge/marks right from your schooling to understand the subject/major in a better way.
ReplyDeleteHence the new weightage system is correct to move forward the education system in Tamilnadu. Obviously there is no reason for protesting. If you need a government to settle in your life means there are 'n' number of options available like TNPSC, Bank Exams, Group I, II, III exams and many more. Try in that.

The candidates who have not got good marks in 12th or UG depends upon the situation in which they studied.
More over those who have got good marks in school and college could not be the reasoned with having sufficient knowledge about the subject.
I have seen many students who have got centum in maths/science in higher secondary and not able to even clear the first year engineering papers.
So if one is going to consider 12th, UG and B.Ed marks for weightage when why not consider the employment seniority and teaching experience.
Remember if one needs YOUNG INDIA to flourish you need guidance and wisdom of seniors as well.
I am replying to all those people who have the same views as your's about the candidates who inspite of getting good marks are left out due to the weightage system.
Either TRB should remove the weightage system or give weightage to seniority and experience as well.

DeleteTNPSC ஐ பொறுத்தவரை 300 கு 90 மதிப்பெண் எடுத்தால் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றதாக அர்த்தம். ஆனால் பணி நியமனத்தை பொறுத்தவரை cutoff. மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் தான் நடைபெறுகிறது.. இதனால் யாருக்கும் எவ்வித பாதிப்பும் ஏற்படவில்லை... ஆனால் TRB நடத்திய TET தேர்வில் மட்டும் ஏன் இவ்வளவு குளறுபடி?. முதலில் 90 மதிப்பெண். எடுத்தால் மட்டுமே தேர்ச்சி என்று கூறி சான்றிதல் சரிபார்ப்பையும் முடித்துவிட்டு பின்பு 82 எடுத்தலே தேர்ச்சி என்று அறிவிப்பது எப்படி நியாயமாகும்? cutoff வைத்து பணி நியமனம் செய்தால் கூட பரவாயில்லை... சம்மந்தமில்லாமல் +2; degree, B.ED MARKS ஐயும் சேர்த்து weightage பார்த்தால் எப்படி நியாயமாகும்? 10 வருடத்திற்கு முன்பு 60% மதிப்பெண். பெறுவதே அரிது.. ஆனால் தற்போது நிலை வேறு..இந்த முறையினால் 90 மதிப்பெண். எடுத்தும் பாதிக்கபட்டுள்ளனர்..அதே வேளையில் TET யில் 82 எடுத்த பல பேர் இந்த weightage முறையால் பலன் பெற்றுள்ளனர் காரணம் இவர்கள் 5 வருடத்திற்குள் படிப்பை முடித்தவர்கள்.. எனவே இந்த wightage முறையை நீக்கி TET MARK CUTOFF படி தேர்வு பட்டியல் வெளியிட தாஙகள் தான் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்...

ReplyDeleteI have selected, but my view is eligible candidates will not be affected, so giving preference to above 90 is fair, the govt. has to consider their age and seniority also. weightage system should be cancelled, considering the tet marks alone is the right way to appoint a tr. without any confusion. we hope our Amma will definitely take right decision and let our life bright. My hearty thanks goes to our PADASALAI for giving us so many information and guidance all these days, i have selected my mark and cut-off 111, 69, Age 38, I am so happy and at the same time i pray for the seniors like me to get posting, Don't worry anything can change any time. ReplyDeleteஒரு தேர்வு நடைபெறும் போது வெளியிடப்படும் அறிவிக்கை தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற தேவையான மதிப்பெண்களை வெளியிடப்படும். அவ்வாறு தேர்வு நடத்திவிட்டு தேவையான நபர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது வழக்கம். கிளார்க் பணி முதல் I.A.S பணி நியமனம் வரை இப்படித்தான் தேர்வு செய்கின்றார்கள்.ஆனால் TRB -தேர்வு நடத்திவிட்டு தேவையான நபர்களைதேர்வு செய்துவிட்டு,பிறகு ஒரு G.O. NO .71,என ஒன்றைக் கொண்டு வந்து குழப்பத்தை உண்டாக்கியது.I.A.S பணி நியமனத்தின் போதுதேவையானநபர்களைதேர்வு செய்துவிட்டு பிறகு ஒரு G.O. போட்டு மதிப்பெண் வழங்க முடியுமா? அப்படிசெய்தால் I.A.S தேர்வு எழுதியவர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வார்களா? There is a famous tamil crab story, here is how, it goes:
Once a fisherman catches few crabs and puts them into a pot , and covers it with a lid . Happy about his catch he dozes of asleep. As luck would have it, the lid is not properly closed and the crabs sense they could escape and start escaping.
Out of all types of crabs in there( Hindi crabs, Gujarati crabs, Mallu crabs, English crabs, Sinhala crabs , Tamil crabs) all make it out safely but for the two tamil crabs which are stranded.
The fisherman wakes up to find all crabs gone but for the two tamil crabs fighting with each other. Each time one crab tries to escape the other pulls its leg down !!!!

hi sindhuja...nanum ungala mathiri than padichen.i.e 2009-2010 la b.ed regular um,2009 la pg correspondance la um padichen.But 1st yesr exam kuda pg la eluthala.B.ed complete anathum pg dec la 1st year um may la 2nd year um eluthinen.Next pg trb la select anen.CV la dual course nu solli enna ineligible nu reject pannitanga.Exam time table same ah irukakudathunu rti moolama therinjukiten.But trb atha accept pannala.Case file panniyum yentha use um illa.Im doing PG again...So better u do the same again....
