சம்பளத்தில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியாற்றுகின்றனர். பல பள்ளிகளில்,
மாணவர் எண்ணிக்கை குறைவாக இருந்தாலும், தேவைக்கு அதிகமான ஆசிரியர்கள்
பணிபுரிகின்றனர்; அவர்களுக்கு, அரசு செலவில் வழங்கப்படும் ஊதியம் வீணாகிறது

பெறும் பள்ளிகளில், திடீர் ஆய்வு நடத்த துவங்கியுள்ளனர்.
